Dahi wada

Happy Mahashivarathri to all.
Planned not 2 eat rice today, and made something heavy and cool.
Presenting the dahi vada.

Simple n quick to prepare:
1. Deep fry (soaked and ground) urad dal batter mixed with salt chilli and curry leaf pieces.
2. Put this in curd which is already mixed with a little sugar and salt.
3. Decorate it with sev, boondi and coriander leaves.
